Refunds & Replacements
At Meteo Home, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement.
Eligible Cases
We offer refunds or replacements if:
-The item arrives damaged
-The item is defective
-You receive the wrong product
-Your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit
To process your request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the issue.
Non-Eligible Cases
Due to international shipping and hygiene considerations, we do not accept refunds or returns for:
-Change of mind
-Items that were used or worn
-Preference-based reasons (style, color, personal expectations)
-Incorrect address provided by the customer
Returns
For approved refund or replacement cases, returns are not required.
This allows us to resolve issues quickly and efficiently for our customers.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
